Teachers’ Training Program
Teaching today has gone way beyond just books and classroom. Engaging the techno freak crowd of youngsters with the age old methods of teaching has been an inevitable challenge faced by many teachers these days. Change is the only constant and Krupanidhi College of Pharmacy strongly believes in it. Hence, a Teachers Training Program was organized on 15th Nov 2018 by Krupanidhi College of Pharmacy for its teaching staff to introduce them to the vast horizon of new teaching techniques that could be adapted on daily basis for better student performance.
The resource person for the session was Mr. Thomason Rajan, who besides being an academician is also a sought after consultant for young entrepreneurs. He dessiminated the knowledge he had gained through various trainings to his counterparts. It was a very interactive session wherein the teachers got a chance to brain storm on how the teaching methodology could be improved and advanced. Focus was put on use of Google classrom; Regular demostration based teaching and interactive classroom sessions using technology in the best and smartest way possible to enhance the teaching outcomes. The teaching staffs at Krupanidhi College of Pharmacy do believe that incorporating what was learnt could definitely inturn help enhance student interest and performance, afterall, as Ignacio Estrada stated “If a child can’t learn the way we teach, maybe we should teach the way they learn”
